Do you deliver islandwide?

Yes, our islandwide delivery is available at $12 for 4 hours delivery time slot and $20 for 2 hours specific delivery timing 

What is the delivery timing for $12 delivery?

Our $12 islandwide delivery is between 2 to 6pm daily or 6 to 10pm from Monday to Fridays. it will be delivered within the selected time window and no special request for specific timings is possible.

Can i request for specific timings for the $12 delivery?

No, no special request for specific timings is possible as it's a delivery window service. Kindly opt for the $20 specific delivery instead.

What is the delivery timing for $20 specific delivery?

Our $20 islandwide delivery is available daily and you may choose a preferred 2 hour time slot between 10am to 8pm.

Is there free delivery available?

Free delivery is available for preorders made on our website worth over $100. The delivery timing is between 2 to 6pm only.

Can i arrange for my own delivery services?

Yes, that is alright! The driver will just require your name and order number to collect on your behalf. Do take note that you should only opt for the car option as bike delivery is not suitable for our tarts,

How can i track my order?

Our delivery service does not come with tracking services but rest assured your order will be delivered as per your selected timings.

The recipient will be leaving the house soon/My office is closing earlier than the delivery window, can you reach earlier?

No, that is not possible as our drivers follows the most optimal route to deliver all the orders scheduled on the day. Hence it is important there is someone available to receive the delivery during the whole of the selected time frame.

Will i get updated on my delivery?

No, there is no tracking and no updates available for our delivery. Only in the event there is no one home to receive the order, will we reach out to you.

How do i know if my order is delivered?

Your orders will be delivered within your selected timings, do check with the recipient after your selected timing. No updates on your delivery will be available.

What happens if there is no one home to receive the delivery?

Our delivery team will reach out to number provided on the submitted order if there is no one answering the door when they reach the address. Options will include leaving it by the door and redelivery. Redelivery would be charged at $12 and subjected to availability of our drivers.

How long can the tarts last if it's left outside by the door?

It's recommended to refrigerate the tarts as soon as possible, and has to be kept chilled within the hour of delivery.

It's a birthday surprise delivery! Please do not contact the recipient. 

No problem, we don't contact the recipient unless there is missing delivery details or no one home to receive the order. However, please ensure there is someone home to receive the surprise delivery, we wouldn't want a surprise to turn into a melted mess of nightmare.

Are there ice pack available?

No, our delivery do not come with ice pack, but our delivery team will put dry ice if it's available on hand but it is subjected to availability.

Can i make changes to my delivery details?

Yes, you may change your delivery details as long as 2 days notice is given. Email your request to admin@wunderfolks.com.
