PASTRY care guide
Here's a guide on how to store our pastries such as Tarts, Croissant, Tiramisu and Cookies properly to enjoy them better and longer!
gENERAL GUIDE
- We are not Halal certified but no pork, lard or alcohol is used in our tart, croissant, tiramisu or cookies.
- Eggs and dairies such as milk, butter and cream is used in our tarts, croissant, tiramisu and cookies.
- The gelatine that we use for our tarts is fish based.
- Our tarts, croissant, tiramisu and cookies are all prepared in the same kitchen that also processes nuts.
About our tart
1. Our tarts are best enjoyed chilled, keep them refrigerated as soon as possible
2. They are best consumed on the day itself and may be chilled for additional 2 more days.
3. To maintain its freshness, you may cling wrap or keep them in an airtight container.
4. It's recommend to consume tarts containing fresh fruits on the day itself.
5. In the event tarts with fresh fruits have to be kept, do check on the fruits before consumption.
6. Fish gelatine is used for all our tarts except for our Mixed Fruit Tart.
7. Our Mixed Fruit Tart doest not contain any gelatine or nuts, but dairies are used.
8. Only our Strawberry Pistachio Tart and Macadamia Caramel Tart contain tarts.
aBOUT OUR TIRAMISU
1. No alcohol and gelatine is used in our tiramisu.
2. Our tiramisu are best enjoyed chilled, keep them refrigerated as soon as possible
3. They are best consumed on the day itself and may be chilled for additional 2 more days.
4. It's recommend to finish the tiramisu once opened on the same day.
5. All the tiramisu contains caffeine from the coffee and tea.
aBOUT OUR COOKIE
1. Best before date will be indicated on the cookie bottle during purchase, with a minimum of 30 days shelf life.
2. Once open, the cookie have to be consumed with 30 days.
3. To maintain freshness, cookies are recommended to be kept at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and kept it in cookie bottle.
4. Nuts is used for our Hazelnut Milk Chocolate Cookie.
5. Dark Chocolate and Sea salt Cookie and Earl Grey Cookie does not contain nuts.

Croissant
1. To enjoy our croissant, heat them up in the oven for 4 mins, 135 to 145 degree.
2. Keep them in an air tight container in room temperature for 1 day or 3 days in the chiller if unable to finish.
3. Nuts is used for our Almond Croissant.
