What is The WunderClub membership program?
It is a loyalty program that allows our members to enjoy exclusive benefits and privileges when they shop online and in-store with us, as well as with our partners.

How do I enjoy my birthday perks?
For The Wunderclub birthday perks, you can simply enjoy them in-store at any of our outlets. For our partner’s birthday perks, check them out here.
Do my birthday perks expire?
Birthday perks are only available for redemption during your birthday month.
How does the online promotion work?
The discount code will be applied automatically when you check out online. However, remember log in to your account with the email address you signed up with for the membership to enjoy the discount.

How do I sign up?

What information do I need to provide during the sign-up process?
You'll need to provide your first and last name, email address, contact number, and date of birth when you sign up.
Can I collect it on the spot?
Currently, you cannot collect the membership card on the spot as we will need time to prepare it.
Can I use my membership benefits immediately after signing up?
Yes, you can enjoy our in-store promotion on the spot once you sign up in-store. Simply show the completion of the submission to our staff. *Note that it has to be redeemed on the spot.
How long do I have to wait for my Membership card to be ready?
You will be able to collect your membership card within 1 week.
How will I know when to collect my card?
You will receive an email once your card is ready for collection at your selected outlet..

Will my card expire?
No, there is no expiration for our membership card.
What happens if I forget to bring my card?
You can simply let our staff know your contact number to enjoy our member’s perks in-store. For our partner perks, you will need to present your physical card to enjoy them.
Can I use my membership benefits at all outlet locations?
Yes, our membership benefits are applicable at all our outlet locations. Check here for specific details.
Can more than one person share an account?
Unfortunately no, as every sign-up requires a unique email address and phone number.
How will I receive notifications about member perks and deals?
You will receive notifications via email and through our Telegram channel for perks and deals.
Can I opt out of receiving promotional emails and notifications?
Unfortunately, no. You can’t opt out of receiving promotional emails and notifications.
